Product warranty

Because this is an online course, the responsibility for the internet connection and the quality of the internet and all that is derived from it is not the responsibility of the College and that the College does not take any responsibility to the client in the matter. Also, the College is not responsible for any security, virus, information loss or any other issues and will result directly or indirectly as a result of attending the course.

The company does not make any representations to the client, including but not limited to a specific purpose, the absence disruptions or inadequate quality or adaptation of the client to one course or another; Nor is the college responsible to the Customer for any indirect, incidental, punitive or special consequential damages including but not limited to loss of profits or any other monetary damage or claim by any third party arising out of the acquisition and / or participation in the course or related other means of any provision of this Agreement including tort, breach of contract, breach of duty. In any case, the College's liability is limited to the amount actually paid to it for the course purchase.

Consideration
11. In consideration for participating in the course, the client undertakes to pay the college according to the prescribed price of the course.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
12. The client declares that he is aware that there is no right of return after the course has started.
13. The customer can cancel the course and receive a full refund without any cause 14 days from registration and up to three business days before the course starts.

17. It is known to the client that if the online course connection fails in any way, it will not constitute a cause for non-payment or return of payment; The college, for its part, will do as much as it can reasonably to allow the client to connect to the course.
18. The company does not warrant that the course meets the client's needs / requirements and is not responsible for the level of satisfaction with the course.
19. The course publication should not be seen or considered as a recommendation for the purchase of the course by the college.
20. The client account is personal and undertakes that only he will use it and that he will not use access information for another account that is not his.
21. The customer undertakes that he will not cancel the transaction with the credit company after the transaction is made; Such cancellation shall, in fact, be considered unlawful and a severe violation of this Agreement and shall give the College any remedies against the Client.
22. The credit transactions carried out through the Website are secured. At the same time, the College is not responsible for any damage that may result from server hacking and data theft of any kind, including credit card information.
23. If the College has detected illegal, improper / non ethical action, the College may restrict, suspend, block or close the Client's participation in the course without any refund for the course.
